I’m on a mission to bring women to the centre stage through sharing the real stories of women building a different path for themselves.
An Idea for more was created
A few years ago, I found myself craving more: more purpose, more alignment, more freedom. I had spent years in administrative roles, helping businesses stay organized and grow, but I wanted something deeper. Then life shifted in the most beautiful way.
I was promoted to mom.
Those early years at home with my two boys were some of the most meaningful of my life.
They taught me patience, resilience, and what it truly means to create a life that feels aligned. When my second son was born in February 2020, I found myself standing at a crossroads. My maternity leave was ending, and I felt this undeniable pull, a whisper that I was meant to create something more. That whisper led me here to create Simply by Katie, where I now share the experiences of women building a different life for themselves and to show every woman and child what's possible for them.
What started as a love for design quickly became a calling to empower women through strategy, storytelling, and intentional design. I’ve seen firsthand how the right website can change everything, how it can shift your confidence, attract aligned clients, and bring clarity to your next level.
I believe that in sharing our true, authentic stories of what entrepreneurship is like, we create space for each other to show up fully accepted as ourselves, where we get to fund our missions and create an abundant + joyful life (and to show the next generation that they can do anything they put their mind to).
