Cheri is a talented mortgage broker who has been in the business for over 7 years. She is known for her deep knowledge, accessibility, and ability to secure the best rates. She’s built a thriving business grounded in relationships, referrals, and results.
When Cheri came to me, she was at the point in her business where she was ready to level up. She wanted to create a brand that was her’s, complete with a new business name, a domain she owned and a website that increased incoming clients and brand awareness.
She was saying goodbye to the generic template she had no real control over. It was time to showcase her expertise, her accolades, her heart and passion for helping people realize their home ownership dreams. She was ready to build something of her own: a professional, classic personal brand that reflected the reputation she worked so hard to build.

I first approached Cheri’s website by creating a classic and professional look that flowed effortlessly. I wanted to showcase Cheri’s attention to detail, care and dedication she brings to each and every one of her clients.
To create a timeless and trustworthy feel, I used soft and neutral colours to create a calm and welcoming experience. Then, created contrast with bold navy buttons to draw attention to key actions like “Book a Call” or “Get Started” to prompt visitors to move through her process.
Throughout the site, I incorporated subtle design details that elevated her content and highlighted her expertise as a top broker:

Bullet-point service sections for easy scanning
Strategically placed testimonials and FAQ sections
Clear visual hierarchy so users could navigate quickly
Because Cheri often works with busy professionals, we simplified the path to booking, making it possible for a potential client to understand what she offers, how she helps, and how to take the next step in just three clicks.
During our web strategy phase, we uncovered that her clients used their phones to find a mortgage broker they trusted. With that knowledge, I created a mobile-friendly version of her website that was responsive and reflected that classic, user-friendly design. Everything from photo sizes to button placement was optimized for on-the-go browsing.
To further streamline Cheri’s client intake process, we linked directly to her external contact form, saving her both time and energy as her leads would flow into her CRM system with just a touch of a button.
After launching, Cheri shared that for the first time, she feels excited to promote her website. With refreshed branding across all her marketing channels, she now sends people to her site with confidence, knowing it reflects the quality of her work and the level of service she provides.
